A month of social posts in one afternoon

By the end of this afternoon, you have twelve posts written, designed and scheduled for the next four weeks. Three a week, in your voice, on the channels your customers actually use. Next month you repeat it in less time, because the setup is done.

Most small firms post in bursts: five posts in a good week, then nothing for a month. The fix is batching. AI writes the drafts, Canva turns them into images, and a scheduler sends them out.

What you need

• An AI assistant you already use: ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. A free plan works for this; a paid plan gives you more room.
• Canva Pro: CHF 128 per year for one person, as listed on Canva’s Swiss pricing page. Canva says the prices on its pricing page don’t include tax (Canva pricing). Scheduling posts needs Pro or Business; the free plan doesn’t include it (Canva Help).
• This week’s template: the content calendar and prompt pack.
• Your raw material: 10 to 20 photos you own (team, products, premises, finished jobs) and a list of what’s happening next month.
• Time: about 3.5 hours the first time. About 2 hours after that.
• Skill level: no technical skills needed.

Steps

1. Pick your channels and your rhythm (15 minutes)

Choose at most two channels: the ones where your customers already are. For most B2B firms that is LinkedIn. For shops, restaurants and trades it is usually Instagram and Facebook.

Then fix the rhythm: three posts a week, same days, same time. Write it at the top of the content calendar from the template.
