Privacy policy
Draft: placeholders in brackets. Have this checked before launch, especially the provider details and data locations.
This policy explains what personal data BizzyAI collects, why, where it is stored and what rights you have under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, nDSG). Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Adam Eunson, Talstrasse 69, 8852 Altendorf, Switzerland. Email: hello@example.ch.
The free newsletter
We store your email address and the language edition you choose, nothing more. You confirm your sign-up by clicking a link in an email (double opt-in). Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link. We send the newsletter with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), which stores the data on servers in the EU under a data processing agreement (Brevo’s privacy policy). Brevo records whether each email was delivered, so we can remove addresses that bounce. We don’t track whether you open our emails or which links you click.
Member accounts
If you sign in, we store your email address, your language, which months you own and, for team licences, the email addresses the team owner adds. Sign-in works with a one-time link sent by email; we don’t store passwords. Accounts are stored with Supabase in its EU (Frankfurt) region.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). We never see your full card or TWINT details. Stripe sends us your name, email, billing address if given, and what you bought, so we can give you access and keep records required by Swiss accounting law (10 years).
Website and cookies
The website runs on Vercel, with server functions in Frankfurt (EU). Vercel processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and protect the site. We set only the cookies needed for signing in. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t use tracking tools on the website.
Transfers abroad
Our providers store data in the EU, which Switzerland recognises as having adequate data protection. Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland). Vercel, Supabase and Stripe belong to groups based in the USA and may access data for support. Where that happens, transfers are covered by data processing agreements and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
Newsletter data until you unsubscribe. Account data while you have an account, and payment records for 10 years as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to hello@example.ch. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
