Copilot in Outlook vs Gemini in Gmail for customer replies

Verdict: Use whichever matches the email system you already have. Neither is worth switching for. Outlook teams get a saved tone setting but pay about CHF 17 extra per user; Gmail teams get drafting inside their existing Workspace plan. If customers write to a shared info@ address, check the limits below before paying.
